Off-season and pre-season, is an important time for players to be working towards improving strength, speed and agility.
Gifford Fitness Teens CrossFit and Weightlifting is a year-round sports training program for youth athletes between the ages of 12-18 who are either currently competing in a high school sport or who plan to try out for a sport within the next year. Our program is designed primarily to keep young athletes injury free by building a base of athleticism, develop strength and explosive power, and develop sport-specific performance.
