Monday: Varsity practice 4-6, start on turf, finish in the gym
Tuesday: Varsity postseason game, 4:00 @ Northwestern, bus leaves at 2:15 varsity players will be excused at 2 PM. Following a win against Totino-Grace, varsity will play Hill-Murray at 6:30. WHITEOUT! COME DRESSED IN WHITE TO CHEER YOUR HUSKIES ON.
Wednesday: Varsity section finals @ 12 and 2 PM
Thursday: Varsity outing TBD
Friday: TBD

SUMMER HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (HIT)
Participation in HIT is strongly recommended for all returning softball players, especially those looking to improve speed and agility
Participation in HIT is strongly recommended for all returning softball players, especially those looking to improve speed and agility
Summer HIT (High Intensity Training) will run:
● M/W/F – 8:00 to 10:00 AM
● We work real hard to make sure each sport (cross country to hockey) gets what
they need as far as strength and explosiveness.
● Cost - $175
● Off week of June 30 Registration opens early May.
